Fellow Fapstranots hi I don't wanna disclose my real name just yet, but you do have my username. I came here to NoFap for Help to stop masterbating and watching porn. I was amazed and Inspired when I heard some of the testamonials from guys who kicked the habbit for 90 days, three years, or more. I read these post and thought DAMMIT MAN! I want that, I Wanna be free from shame, depression, anger, social anxiety and akwardness. I don't know If this site is the ansewr, but I do know I WANNA CHANGE!!! THANK YOU. NOFAP.

The site isn't the answer. Discipline and time are. The site is a great way to regain your focus and stay on the 'right' path. Trust me (and many others for that case) that relapsing is really easy. Our erection is basically telling that we are ready for sex and men happen to have those quite often. Even worse, while doing the nofapp, getting an erection will happen faster and faster with little to no visual stimulation whatsoever. To fix the erection, well that pretty much explains itself ;P

So if you REALLY want to do this, keep a journal, respond to other posts and make forum friends to help you get through this.

This website helped me alot in the past and keeps me on track whenever I feel the need to masturbate. Just keep in mind that if you really want to break the chain, you need a full 90 day sexual stimulation free run. Some only stop watching porn, but in order to be 100% sure that you don't fail, nor extend the healing proces its best to keep both out. As I told my friends: my dick is for pissing only the next three months. :p

thank you man but I'v seen that site you posted before, actually it's how I discovered this site(NoFap), and the way I came upon "Your Brain on Porn" was by calling "Graig Perra" of "Feed The Right Wolf" http://www.feedtherightwolf.org/ Graig gave me two sites to visit and said to call him back in a week or so, I still haven't I can't remember the other site but I'll call him this week coming up.

Hi! Just wishing you all the very best.

You CAN do this and there's plenty of information, help, and advice here and healthy balance of perspectives so help and be helped just by making an honest contribution.

Anything I suggest below is precisely that, a suggestion, this is YOUR journey and it goes without saying that you are free to proceed in whatever way helps you stop and STAY stopped (even though I just said it!!;))

You are stronger than you know!! Please visit this link...

    http://www.nofap.org/forum/showthread.php?2936-Changing-for-GOOD-(in-every-sense!!)

...and please take some time to help yourself and to consider how you are going to set about reaching your fullest potential from here on, which is a CHOICE only YOU can make and a journey only YOU can take.

It's worth mentioning that I hear a lot of people refer to the struggle/fight/battle etc, but it REALLY doesn't have to be that way(not unless you want to get in your OWN way?!?!)... http://www.nofap.org/forum/showthrea...ay-of-Harmony:)

So stay strong, help and be helped, and keep going!http://www.nofap.org/forum/showthrea...60-Keep-going:)

    Now here's a refreshing 'change'...http://www.thepeoplesvoice.tv/about

The counter below has been helping me to establish a new habit. It is not a trophy. I simply decided to completely disassociate from pornography because I finally woke up to it and the damage it causes on so many levels and I encourage you to explore this deeper for yourself. I already KNOW that I will NOT be looking at pornography EVER again. Wishing you all the very best in all areas of your life...
