Hello everyone, new to NoFap here. I'm 28 years old. Really appreciate the work you do here and that's my journal.sorry for my bad English in advance.i started masturbating at porn and hot pics of girl of my school at 16 years old every day since 2 years back and I never felt addicted to porn,. I have some sex life since 2 years back. I had 10 girlfriends and never had ed or pe problem.

It all started 2 years ago with some pain in the penis weak flow of urinary and unwanted to go toilet every half an hour and also premature ejaculation( It was my first time I got pe). I visited an urologist and said to me a have prostatitis. He gave me some antibiotics and the pain gone away but the pe continued. I went to another urologist he said I got prostatitis too and continued the antibiotics. Among with the urologist I started visiting a psychiatrist for my severe anxiety condition. He gave me serotonin pills and then the hell started. I took them for 6 months my sex drive was zero I couldn't have sex or even masturbate with porn I had ed and totally loss of libido. I stopped them after 6 months but my ed continued my pe continued I couldn't masturbate to porn or hot pics. I was able some times to have sex but with little erection and pe.

Then I visited 6 more urologist ,all said to me I have nothing pathological it's all in my mind etc.i have taken tons of antibiotics but nothing happened. My pe ed the weak flow of urinary sex drive zero I cant easily start the urinary I went to bathroom every half an hour to pee. All remain the same. But nothing pathological.

Then I decided to see the last urologist which he specialises to chronic prostatitis or cpps ( chronic pelvic pain syndrome) and all became clear. My pelvic floor was very tight blood doest move correctly . I couldn't move my pelvic muscles at all ic BC and pc muscles. I was foul of trigger points inside and outside of my pelvis. I see him for a month and my treats me with psychotherapy inside and outside the pelvis and I m doing stretches too.

The conclusion , I feel better morning woods come back slightly. I feel more confident , when I think about a girl that i had sex with or a gilr I want to have sex i get sometimes an erection . This couldn't happen I the past. All this 2 years I masturbate sometimes with porn or hot pics just to check me erection quality , I dont feel obsessed to porn and I have no urges. My sex drive didn't came back and seems I will be in this flat line for ever.

My question now is . Does this sound to you like a severe pied to you or all this things came from my cpps problem ? I never had a bad addiction to porn . I just masturbated with normal sex scenes and hot pics of.my friends an this flat line starded when I took the serotonin pills
Please take a moment and give me your opinion .I'm.in a hell nightt mare for 2 years. God give healthy to all of you
    Kind regards

  2. Hi, I believe I also have chronic pelvic pain syndrome, with tight muscles in my pelvis and abdomen that are unable to relax and constant pain. And have some ED and PE. I believe PMO addition may have caused it and may be preventing recovery. I used to PMO once a day. Now down to once per 3-10 days, but still addicted. Doing PMO makes the muscles down there more tense and more painful for days afterwards. I dream that if I can stop one day maybe after many months the pain and cramps will be cured, but I don't know. I recognize that stretching would probably be good, and do that sometimes (maybe a few times a week), but I also find it hard to make myself do that. I probably should do twice a day for 30 minutes or something. With stretching I wonder if it might temporarily make it worse (more irritated) but eventually make it better. Alcohol and full bladder also makes the pain worse. I have been suffering this for about 3 years.
