I'm Starting , my initial plan is to abstain from porn then gradually to mastrubation. The idea is that whenever I feel the urge to watch porn I replace with mastrubation . I don't know if this will work , I tried this before and it didnt work .
Replace porn and masturbation with other activities for 30-90 days. It isn't easy! I have been doing household chores, started a meditation practice, increased physical exercise, and begun Wim Hof. Easier to cut off all the Porn and Masturbation as this will fix the dopamine circus. Check out Project Stronger Self on YouTube...I found Scandinavian Bob to be helpful

Mastrubated. Yesterday's urge is still there and I really don't want to go back to porn , so I mastrubated . I don't know if this will help me but , I really don't want to watch porn. As I said, my plan was to avert the urge to mastrubate if the urge is strong , that way I can slowly stop this once and for all.
