I relapsed .Starting again Fresh ....
It was a good journey so for ..
Determined to have 2nd streak more powerful. Will try to complete at least 90 days.
    Lesson learnt ...
Only nofap will not work ...I you do not release energy in other way , you will relapse .. transformation of energy is needed. It could be anyway ..Gym/sports/meditation/dance/writing..anything you enjoy ...

In my case, I stopped going to gym since last 5 days ....I was feeling numb .it,s not easy journey ..once you stop fapping ,which your brain is used to be , it will start playing with you ...Its a kind of game ..which you too have to play..

Well I learned a lot from this experience ... I will surely do better in 2nd streak .. Ans yes, this journey is really helpful ...Even , you relapsed it doesn't mean , you lost everything ....Just start again .........

    24th Sep ,

Well, the toughest part of day in this journey is sleep time . As this is the time , mind will push you to switch to porn , jerk off and sleep...

Really , porn is a drug .A drug which is readily and very easily available.
    My fight continues ......

    22nd Sep, 2019

I am here to share my journey of NoFap, and to learn from all of you .I started this journey recently on 15th Sep, and today is 7th day.

    My Milestones ..

    1 . 21 days
    2. 45 days
    3. 90 days
    4. 180 days and so on .....

I want to transform and explore this energy into spiritual dimension and I have heard, it takes 180 days to do the same ... I want to experience ......

I had tried earlier too , but could not succeed . But this time, I am determined never like before . I will keep updating my experience as I go through this journey.

As of 7th day , I am feeling more fresh, energetic, and vibrant .Yes, there is a challenge though . The extra energy, which I am feeling now has to be managed in right way . My body is expecting me to do the same act of watching porn and jerk off as I used to do earlier .

But now, I have decided to explore another dimension of life . I will be thankful , if you people too share your experience.

    23rd Sep ...
It's going good . I am feeling better . Hope all continues to go well !!!
Mind is very interesting , may be most interesting thing and most powerful too.Well, what I think mind always want something to play. When it doesn't get anything , it pushes you to watch porn , so that it can play with your body. Always keeps your mind engaged with something productive . That's the key ...

Addition to NoFap ,gym/sports and diet is equally important. I will write sometime later on these aspects .

As of now, my biggest hurdle is the sleeping time .All these days , I used to watch porn , jerk off and then fall asleep , but now , I have to wait very long to fall asleep . It's OK , my mind has to understand that this is not going to happen anymore . It's all mind game.

Above everything , I am enjoying the energy ... It makes me confident in everything I do .

  2. Heyyy welcome to the NoFap forum : ) It's nice to see you here fighting the good fight alongside us!

    Here is just some advice:

First and foremost please take a look at each section in the forum, there might be something(s) you may find of big help to you. Feel free to post there :+)

Then secondly I just strongly advise you to be active on your profile(as there quite a few active people in the profile section). Please start by choosing an avatar and then make daily status posts to show you're active and needing support/encouragement. They've also got a neat little feature that shows freshly posted statuses for all users to see. People will find your profile and give you encouragement/support.

People (are beginning to) love communicating in the profilesection..(it should be and is )mostly spportive talk but it doesn't hurt to deviate from supportive talk. It would be great to have you join in and support others in the threads, profiles, and journal. Make sure and be grateful for the help you received and help after receiving some. Invest in some people's journeys. We could always use your help and in return you shall receive some as well!

Thirdly, You should also highly consider creating a public journal and write about your days in more depth for us members to follow along your journey and offer support to you by way of posting in your journal.

Last but not least: Good luck on your journey here, make sure to really give it a try with all your heart!

    Welcome to the Nofap community.
The NO PMO journey is not easy but worth the effort.
    The community will support you.

Mind is very powerful and very tricky, too.
First mind tells you “Watch porn, fap - and you will be happy.” Maybe you fap and the same mind shouts “You crazy guy, why did you stop your wonderful NO PMO journey?”
Don’t listen to your mind, listen to your heart.
Your heart wants you to be truly happy. Get rid of addiction!
You made the habit and you can break the habit.
    Good luck!
