My Last Resolution

im 26 y.o. dude.
And here is my last resolution: I will go 1 solid year of not busting a single nut. No matter how hard it would be, 1 year, baby. AND, if i wont feel like a new man or find me a wife/gf by the end of it (after 1 year) i....would f**** hang myself. Done.

p.s. Its day 8 of semen retention now, i know its chickenshit streak but i finally like how i look in the mirror. I do actually look better, dont look so pale now, more confidence, deeper voice is real! BUT, depression is actually stronger than before. Im both more confident and more depressed lmao

 

i wanted to end it all before, but then i thought, hey lets at least give it a shot and not be a pathetic wanker for 1 year , THEN if NOTHING changes ill take my life, becasue, if not this nofap thing, i honestly dont know what else will help me. And dont give me "figure yourself out" "be happy on your own first" - been there , tried that, its all bullshit. Semen retention and not being a wanker - THIS is what can save me. 1 year , here we go. If im gonna die, i aint going out as a wanker little b***
