Hi people! I'm new here and I make account only because I want to tell you my story.
I'm 29 old man and before 2 years I felt my life is not that life which I want. I was in rabbit hole. Then I began to read books for self-help,how the life works,how I must think ,but all that can't make durable effects on me. I noticed I have low libido when one night one amazing girl slept in my bed and I didn't anything. I felt that feeling many years ago but that night I understood "something bad happening to me".
In next days I spent my time to read about the problem and I came to nofap. I make decision for 90 days. THAT IS THE BEST THINK THAT I HAVE EVER DONE FOR MYSELF. My life started to change. I have more discipline. My voice have deep tember. My confidence level is higher. Woman attraction is never been before. I make things that never before. My hygiene is nearly perfect (make cold showers every morning ,learn haircut myself with style,no more clothes over 1 day on me,shave my beard every 2 days). Energy levels is higher. Before I can't go out of bed before 9:30 am (wtf?!) now I stand up at 8:00 a.m. and make meditation 20 minutes (20 minutes before sleep too). I'm not "boom" aggressive anymore. Depressions levels is much lower. My fears are far less. All my life I want go out and live alone but many fears blowed my mind. So before 2 weeks I live alone in 3 rooms city apartment. I'm more alpha now. When I talk with woman I don't think "God what a boobs or what a ass have this chick" I look on her like human being.
I have many other benefits from nofap but that was most important.The 90 days period is not easy,but remember " the only easy day was yesterday". Sorry for my English, greetings from Bulgaria.
