I cycle to work and back home. I've heard that cycling causes erectyle disfunction. This is a problem because I already suffer from PIED, ED and PE.
I guess the only thing I can do is to eliminate cycling altogether?
    Please help.

I think abstaining from PMO long term is going to be the real solution.

I cycle a total of 5 miles per day 5 days a week.
    It's purely getting to work.

From someone who used to ride a few hundred miles a week on skinny racing seats... you should be alright that being said... If you are experience any numbness when you are riding consider the following:

    1. invest in a nice pair of cycling shorts with a good pad
    2. placement type of seat - angled down you are resting on your perinium primarily and angled up you are digging into it, you want to find a nice neutral position
    3. consider changing your seat to something prostate friendly
    4. all else fails consider a professional fit. depending on your setup it may do you you some good

all else fails and on a low budget, fold a tube sock in half and stick down your shorts and sit on that

    good luck

A recumbent bike would also take the pressure off your perineum.

Another tip is switching between sitting and riding out of the saddle (standing on the pedals) frequently so that you are never cutting off blood flow for too long.
