My method

so now its my turn to tell my new method,which i’ll use
Its easy and short but u will have to work hard as always.

So every time when you want to fap you will have to go through nofap site read and read till you will recognise.

And when you will recognise do smth interesting like reading,cycling or working out(list is ver very long)
