    Hello ppl
I'm on my 20th day currently and feel mych better than when I was into P. I couldn't think properly and had to struggle in order to even grab a glass of water. I had no motivation whatsoever to do anything. I seriously felt like a drug addict. Now coming in touch with soo many people has shown me that I'm not alone in this struggle. I just feel trapped because I can't do even the simplest things because I don't have any motivation to do them. I just need to know will I be fine again??
Is is going to stay permanently??
    Thankyou

  2. Bro, you lost many things because of PMO. So you may have trouble with living. You forgot to live.

So, if you stop PMO, you'll be free from your chains. And after a while, you'll learn/remember how to live. For now, you just feel like you are living in the life before stopping. It's just a habit to be broken.

BTW, PMO is a drug addiction. It's not a habit. Habit is just a part of it.

It's not permanent. If you can do it for 20 days you can do it for much longer. Keep going!
This is all just part of the process. Eventually you will find motivation and purpose again. Keep on searching.
    We're all here for you.
In the moment it seems like the future is uncertain, and you can't see a way out of it, but you will.

I agree with the fact that this IS an addiction. Too treat it any other way is dishonoring your struggle, the first step in beating an addiction is recognizing it for what it is. The biggest thing you can do to feel normal again isn't to deny what you've done or put it in a box. Embrace it, struggles are a part of who you are, and if you have the mentality of a Victor and not Victim you can use the strength you gain from overcoming this addiction to push you to do great things. You're definitely not alone brother, people are being delivered from this every day.

  8. After a few months (Usually 2-6), you're motivation levels should return to normal, as long as you're not watching in porn or any other addictive substance for that matter.
