    more than nofap. i commit not to watch porn for next 90 days. rather never ever again. i did nofap for 30 days den fell into relapse. but now i know i can do it. after a month i had started to feel my anxiety and urge to watch or masturbate decrease and replased with normal urges. so i commit that in next 90 days i will--
    1. not watch porn
    2. not masturbate
    3. constantly update my status
