    So today i did Pmo and I hated it. It makes me sick. It makes my mind act inappropriately. All i think is about this. I have to stop this and think cłearly again and with more light. I’m in the darkness of porn and sexual thoughts all the time. And I know if i make it to 90 days I’m a more clean and enlightened person. So starting today I’m in this way. :)
