    1. To increase my brain function

    2. To improve my relationship

    3. To improve my self confidence/ social anxiety

    4. To be more attracted to people instead of to pornography

    5. To stop supporting abusive industry

    6. To live life with loyal and being straightforward without hiding anything

    7. To have clear eye sight, clear voice and clear hearing ability

    8. To purse long term goal (the highest dream)

    9. To be a philanthrophy so that can help needy in any others way

    10. Wanna be a people like global reformer so, i need to bring big changes in myself first

    11. To put my energy into things that i care about

    12. To be a better man, friend and family member

    13. To pursue self mastery and discipline

    14. Too feel more motivated everyday

    15. To give a reward to myself

    16. To revamp my lifestyle

    17. Too be the best where i am expected to be...

    1. Lonliness

    2. Boredome

    3. Frustration.

    Why i relapsed day before yesterday:-

    My senses was not in my control, my past bad memories were coming after me. Was alone at my room, some unfulfilled fantasies fetishes are back to me.

    Did you try controlling over it:-

    Well, i tried but could do much better
    . Did you take cold shower?

    . Did you go to pee?

    . Did you try breathing exercises?

    Did you visit nofap immediately?

    . Did you try meditation?

    Nope!!!

    The answers are within ur ques?

    Why relapsed today?


    Not taking interest in reading my syllabus?

    Was mood swing

    And the most imp late night using internet.
