My NoFap-journey so far

    Hey everyone,

a few years back, I tried no M for a while. It kind of worked, but I got horny from even the slightest sensations. Therefore, I started PMO again.
Since about 2 months, I am focused even more than ever, to better my life. I started my official NoFap-journey on June 9th, relapsed with O twice (no P, no M) and want to do a longer streak (30+ days) of no PMO hardmode (started this on June 22nd).

    Little backstory on myself:
    I started with M back when I was like 10 or 11 y.o., I´m soon becoming 21 y.o.
P started at around 13, so at least a solid 7 years of continuous PMO, once, twice, five times each day. This lead to me not being very social in my teens, having my first kiss at 15, first short term relationship at 18. Sexually, I was very frustrated and I honestly don´t really like sharing the following, but I´m sure, I´m not the only one who experienced this stuff:
I had my first BJ from a guy when I was 17, first time getting laid by a hooker at the age of 18. Since then, I´ve visited that place again a few times, always paying for sexual intercourse. I tried my luck with the girls, but somehow it never worked out the way I wanted. Frustrated as I was and curious as well, I got into gay porn and later also tried this out (bottoming etc.). I never really liked it, but it seemed as it was the only time I could have sex with another person without paying money for it.
Also, I was suffering from PIED and never came during sex. Every time I M´ed to O after sex.
Since this month, I tried NoFap and saw some results during this time. But the fantasies started to arise stronger each day, I gave in on day 11 and immediately regretted it. The second relapse right two days after, I decided I want to take control over my body.
I think, most of my sexual choices I made were due to the lack of understanding. With NoFap, I of course want to become more attractive to females, but furthermore I want to undo my focus on sex. From all the stuff I have already read on here, I have a better vision for this now. "Sexualising" became mainstream, but the damage is not recognised, I realise this now.
I hope, this journey will be a long one and I am looking for more insights about myself.
I work out every second day, I meditate every day since a month now, get up at the same time each day no matter what. I want to improve my grades and start an online business this year, so I see NoFap as the perfect opportunity for this. Hopefully, you guys and girls can give me some helpful insight and tips for this adventure!

PS: Check out how I´m doing by reading my journal
