I have been a masturbation addict since i was 16 years old and I'm now 23 and guest what during those 7 years I've never spent 4 days without doing it. Am i also a porn addict? Yes but i don't usually watch porn, i do watch live female video ( dancing , teasing but nothing nude at all). That being said, I'm here for a change , as I've been experiencing a Lot of bad things in my life. I like to tell myself that I'm an introvert but no I'm not, i don't like being alone , I'm just to afraid of seeing people. This journey is starting from now may 31, 2018 at 6:48 ( china time). I also going to build other good habits like, working out, eat healthy, wake up at 5:45 everyday, drink a glass of other when atbthe time i wake up etc... My strategy is to go out anytime i feel like doing it, if not then I'll open this thread and read this post again. I maybe update it everyday or anytime i feel tempted.
