My own climb to a Porn free life

Day 1. Base camp
Starting my own climb to the Top. Looking forward to it.
No worries today. But a lot of stress going on while I am selling and buying a house.
Stress leads to watching P. in my case..
But today, no P. urge..

 

Day 2. Basecamp
Yes I have urges. To much stress. Watching porn is no sollution.
I want to break away from that habit.
It is nice to work, no P. thought.
One day at a time my friends...

 

Day 3. Basecamp
No urges and less stress.
Have to work, no problem.
Keep on climbing my friends.

 

Day 4. Basecamp.
No urges, slept terribly, lot on my mind.
I visit a nice hotel during this weekend with my wife.
No updates during this weekend. But no time to watch P.
Step by step.

 

Day 7. Khumbu Icefall
P. is a waste of time and a waste of my life.
So I have to quit that habit.

 

Day 8. Khumbu Icefall

I am currently at a dangerous position.
Home alone, desktop, and no porn.

 

Day 9. Khumbu Icefall
Alright, no urges. No time for urges.
One day at a time.

 

Day 10. Camp 1
Keep on going strong

 

Day 11. Camp 1
Minor urge to drink a whiskey. No urge to watch P.
Happy days.

 

Day 12.
No urges for alcohol or porn.
Lazy day playing Civ 6.
Some coffee, Rivendale radiostation, life is good.

 

Day 13.
Again no urges. Some thoughts about P.
Going to the beach for a long long walk with a cup of coffee as a reward.
Maybe some pie?

 

Day 14.
No urges

 

Day 15.
No problemo.

 

Day 16. Western Cwm
Keep on climbing.
I am watching a HBO serie with my wife to be. Funny thing, one episode was about a man addicted to P and that destroyed the relation.
So... I am warned!

No urges.

 

Day 17. Western Cwm
One more day.
Nothing special

 

Day 18. Western Cwm

Went out with friends yesterday.
Had a good time.
No problem

Home again.
Sick from the Covid booster.
Not my day

One more day. Reached Camp II.
What a view!
