My phone is the biggest cause of relpase

    Has anyone had any success eliminating access to porn via a smartphone? My laptop is 100% pornproof and as a result the urges to relapse while on my computer are nearly non-existent. When I am feeling a triggering emotional response however, I immediately turn to my phone and relapse. So does anyone have some tips on how they manage their smartphone throughout the day? Any apps? Downgrade to a dumbphone? Please share as this is a major hole I want to patch! I have an android by the way

    Lol I was in the exact same position as you. My laptop is basically 100% porn proof and is near impossible to bypass it. However I could not do the same with my android smart phone. This lead me to getting rid of my android smart phone in April 2018, and I now use a rubbish phone that can't access decent internet.

    Yeah its crazy how much harder it is to pornproof a phone rather than a laptop. Anyways yeah downgrading my phone is looking really attractive at the moment since my phone is the only way I do and can access porn

    There are a couple of good apps that help to block porn in the Google Play App store..

    I just scheduled an appointment with my carrier to downgrade to a dumbphone. Thinking this is the optimal choice

    Damn those apps and stuffs that block porn. The real deal is with you. Your willpower. Nothing more secure and stronger like that. No matter what restrictions you put on your phone, you'll eventually end up finding a way to access porn. So as I told you "YOU HAVE TO BE THE KEY HERE. YOUR COMMITMENT TO THE CAUSE IS WHAT MATTERS" Just imagine if you can't beat your own self. How could you beat others out there?
