My PIED problem and a possible help for faster fix.

So I found out i have PIED, cant get it Hard with a girl. Even tho shes a fucking hot. I cant even get it Hard while fantasizeing. Even with porn it only gets like 70% Hard. Ive been on Hard mode for almost 2 weeks now. No urges to watch porn or masturbate tho. Ive been masturbating to online porn as long as i can remember. Also smoked weed for 10 years which i quit 4 months ago. So yesterday i microdosed some Shrooms b4 gym, after in the shower i got my d half Hard while i found myself having fantasies in my head. I havent been able to do it while totally sober and w/o some visual stimuli. Shrooms are known for rewiring brain and creating new pathways. Do any of u have any similar experiences.? Also ive been having morning wood almost every morning, some as Hard As it can be, some are 80%. Its a good sign. Also started strict carnivore diet(because of depression) , no coffee, no tobacco, no alcohol or weed. I just like to microdose sometimes, maybe larger dose could help even more? It may not even be releated but i think(hope) theres a connection.i know its not the best idea even if there is a connection, but im just interested in any possible fix because its a horrible condition to have so in my opinion everything is allowed to try for the good of young men. really hope to get fixed soon. I recently found a perfect girl after 10 years of being alone. And cant even have sex with her, i hope pills will help until my brain gets fixed.
Could a actual girl help with my PIED? She keeps sending me naked pictures. Can fantasizeing about her be beneficial?
