These porn videos really really bad effect on my life" I don't like anyone even I don't like myself I hate myself I am so regret why I watch porn videos ". Now i decide to take nofap challenge. Today is my 16 days complete to avoid porn movies I am very happy because I complete 16 days without seeing any porn movies but also very regret because I watch porn movies at 10:34 am today I can not stop my self please gays help me to complete the 30 days challenge. I want to avoid porn movie for 30 days

 

Hello everyone today is my bad luck day because I can't stop myself to see porn movies and today I see porn videos at 1:09 am.I am very disappointed for me but I love myself please gays take me some useful advice on how I overcome this problem and how I permanently get rid of this problem and I sorry for God for this mistake God please help me.

2-Abs Exercise(at-least 2-3 minutes)
3-Breathing(at-least One to two minutes)
4-Sleeping(at-least 10 minutes)
