    Hello everyone here,
It has been a while since I was an active member of this forum and after all this time I expected to have learned how to overcome my PMO addiction but unfortunately I have not.
I still struggle to this day but the thing that scares me most is that it no longer has an effect on how I feel afterwards. I used to feel bad and regret my decision but no longer, and this is what does not stop me (I think at least). Of course I still experience issues regarding my erection and sex drive but unless I stop this will not be fixed.
The most I have had so far to stay away from PMO is about 30 days give or take

Though my struggle continues, my life has changed for the better. I feel better and am able to achieve some goals that I set instead of just waiting for some miracle to happen instead of actually doing something so at least something has changed.

In the end what I believe is that it is withing our grasp to become better in our lives. If you think NoFap is a way to achieve your goals then do it! But even if you don't succeed, press yourself to become a better person while being in NoFap and do not wait just with NoFap to become a better person

Lastly let me say that I will try to login at least 3-4 times/week here to rediscover what kept me going and to find the ways of stopping this addiction.

That's everything from me and take care!

  2. Nice.

Ya definitely don't just sit here and wait thinking being here will make you better.

Edit: I mean being here is better than using porn obviously and might benefit you but like you don't make changes in your life sitting on a forum lol.

  3. So you should stop to fix your sex juju at least.

I would also be careful about thinking there are no negative impacts after.

Ever heard of the downward spiral?

One day it might hit you when you aren't expecting it if you don't make any effort to curb it and just let yourself keep going.

So far nothing and I've been struggling for years, although I do not put much effort, I just was able to stay away for a while and then try different "experiments" which of course lead to my relapse. But I honestly do not care if it hits me or not. I have been through these things many times and now see it as a blessing rather than a curse. It will help me grow as a person and become stronger after the storm has passed.

I believe it is time to straighten up but 90 days will just be the beginning. After than it's another goal and then another until I can no longer remember what day I am
