    After years of PMO I’ve finally taken things seriously!
    Currently on 59 days hard mode. Erections are coming back. I suffer from pied and really feel Nofap is turning it around. My tastes are becoming more vanilla/back to normal. I can appreciate an attractive women. A natural lady with natural beauty. I find abstaining from P easy. Watch out for P substitutes though!!! I’ve deleted all social media and blocked news feeds to combat this. Edging has always been my downfall but now I don’t touch it. Tell yourself apart from washing and taking a piss you have no business touching it!!!! Seriously don’t touch it and you can’t edge........relapse.

    This is me now. No PMO. It’s good to count the days to measure progress though.

    I think 90 days is a good goal but to definitely reset and restore your dopamine receptors longer might be required.

    Anyways just a post to get things off my chest. It’d be good to hear any success stories or pied recoveries

    63 days no pmo
    Erections are coming back really strong at times. By Christmas it’ll 108 days ish. I’ve had some low energy days. Not sure if it’s connected to no pmo. Feel ok in general. I’m looking forward to beat pied and pmo for good.

    Just in day 64 no pmo/Hardmode

    Life is about having good habits. Time flies by and if you’ve adopted good habits the rewards soon pay dividends. It could be working hard at college/uni, work, training hard in the gym or indeed Nofap

    I’m on this site so I can beat porn induced erectile dysfunction. I joined 64 days ago and it’s kept me strong since. The guys on here with good advice and encouragement have kept me strong.

    It’s amazing that over stimulation (in the form of high speed internet porn) can ruin your real life experiences. Prevent sexual performance and in turn ruin relationships. In turn cause depression, anxiety, erectile dysfunction, delayed ejaculation, brain fog, lack of confidence to name but a few.

    I’ve never really suffered with brain fog or depression. Just the pied. Il be honest. Can’t wait to beat it and sleep around.

    So 2018 was my longest 120 day streak. A lot of improvements. Really feel good after accomplishing that.

    2019 is going to be super hard mode. I need to beat this PIED. It’s really holding me back. I want to date, play the field, shag about etc haha

    Any advice would be great

    Erections back stronger. Not 100% yet but definitely improving. I feel like edging a little here and there hindered my progress. Edging is really bad for a reboot hence my super hard mode 2019. What about you mate?

    That's good to hear. Edging is definitely the worst thing to do. Even if it doesn't affect the process of healing, it makes you insanely horny with no relief.

    This is the longest streak I've ever done and I'd say it's mostly because I've not so much as looked at my dick this time around. Morning wood and spontaneous erections are back again and it feels so satisfying.

    No touching my pecker apart from washing or taking a piss.
    I already deleted social media (too many triggers)

    Do my sit-up/press-up 60 day challenge
    Read more/learn a language, Spanish!
    Green tea is also supposed to be good for a reboot. Helps cognitive function
