Day 1: SUCCESS Been a good day. Exercised in the morning and studied for the rest of the day. I was a little tired: Whats your best advise about not getting tired? Apart from that pretty good day. As I have stated in my other thread I must and will increase my outputs e.g. productivity. I am much more productive now that I was a week ago and a month ago but I know I still need to increase and I know I can massively. Stay Strong, Iceberg

As for not getting tired: Don't worry about not getting tired. YOu're going to be mentally weary and worn down after a relapse. It happens. They is that from the moment you wake up, you're going 100%. These last 3 days I've been going nonstop from 7:00am, and I find I need like a 15 minute nap around 3:30 every day just to decompress. Then read, go to dinner, and keep working. What's your day look like?
