My reason for doing NoFap

I’m 24. masturbated, looked at porn since I was 11. It has been getting kinda tough on me recently for the past couple years since I left my ex of four and half years... wasn’t truly over her either now I have to accept she’s gone but to numb the pain I guess I’d get myself into sexual situations to numb myself only to get them off while I became limp and disinterested. I wouldn’t wear condoms with a few of my sexual partners . I passed around a potential lover with my roommate only to get jealous and be shitty to her only to lose her. I masturbate at least 3 times a day mostly to pornhub or women’s picture that I already slept with or even my ex... recently I had a good streak going on of 13 days until I ate shrooms, got horny the next day and couldn’t take it . I am on day one heading into day two now. This is my journey to self improvement.
