My reason for doing this has vanished

    I started doing this a week ago.

    I just wanted to blow a load in my gal. We'd been seeing each other for over a month, just started having sex. She didn't know that I have DE, I just kind of acted like I was done. I figured 10 days of NoFap would do the trick. Now she's vanished, won't answer my calls. I don't know what happened, but I know that I've lost all motivation. The last time I got with a girl was 4 years ago, in a long term relationship. At this rate it will be several more years before I fuck again, so why bother? Hopeless.

    Sorry to ask you this but could u tell me what DE means? Maybe I know what it means but when I use English somethings doesn't seems easy to understand as I wish.

    I think he means "Delayed ejaculation" which is a term we use a lot in the nofap community. It comes from watching too much porn so you struggle to get turned on by real life girls.

    I promise you that you wont have to wait for 4 more years to get a girl if you commit to Nofap today. I can relate to it being hard to motivate yourself when your crush isn't around. I am in the same boat. My crush is away for a month and we are not really together yet. Staying clean when it doesn't look like you are getting laid anytime soon can be really demotivating but it is also so important to do this for your own sake. If you start today you will feel a lot different about yourself in 30 days.

    You will start to go out more and chat with more people, be more happy and energetic. Your motivation to do stuff is going to increase. Maybe you dont know this but in males testosterone is what motivates us to get shit done. Once you start saving up that sexual energy you will soon find yourself pursuing girls again.

    You realize NoFap is one of the most effortless things to do, right? You just have to do nothing and you succeed. I have no reason to do this either and I'm on day 300something.
