    so I’m a 21 year old guy from Sweden that has had a problem with my porn addiction for a very long time. And it has made me handicapped when talking to girls. That’s why I feel like my first step to becoming a confident/respectful man is to get rid of this decease called “porn”.

    If u can share the temptations u feel the first couple of weeks with “NoFap” that would be great.
