Hi everyone, it's Ale!
I thought about making a journal where I record my successes (and my losses) on this forum.
The aim is to motivate me and motivate you all during this fantastic journey of our lives.
This has been the best choice I've ever done in my life and I want to share it with you all.
So let's start today! :)

Day 381, 18/11/2020

I restarted tracking my habits on paper.
That's because I am trying to limit my phone usage to 1 hour a day, bringing all my activities on my pc and paper.
Today I studied a lot with some of my friends using a server discord built for study and motivation.
The days during quarantine are a bit boring but I am getting used to the routine and using these days to read a lot.
Remember, readers are leaders!

Today I learnt that even if sometimes we fall, the most important thing is that we don't desperate, but just get up and continue walking, continue trying.
That's because every little mistake we do is a piece of armour we add to our body.
Only after lots of mistakes, we will have a shiny armour to face the real problems of our lives.

Talking about self-confidence, I can only say that I passed from being a jerk and a nerd, with an ugly haircut and a lot of fat, to be a muscular guy, with a nice haircut that can also talk to anyone, anywhere.
I don't feel the anxiety of talking to strangers anymore and I also don't need to think about the best words to say. They just come naturally out of my mouth.
I built an aura around me that attracts anyone: friends, males and females.

Talking about self-consciousness, now I know how much time I waste and how to use it well.
I also deleted my brain fog and I am aware all the time.

I get urges after seeing any hot women on TV.or movies

I can't remember exactly when I felt the benefits. It depends on how much you work hard to change yourself, every single day.
The triggers are still present today, but I managed to block all porn sites, social, and distracting website along the path.
Now even If I am triggered, I do some pushups and it passes.

To not get triggered you shouldn't drink caffeine, you should work out every day and sleep at least 8 hours.
You need to have a healthy lifestyle, to sum it up.

This morning I felt very productive.
I took a shower, had a healthy breakfast, and studies from 9 to 13.
I also drank 2 litres of water, had my skincare done and tidied up my room.

Hope the rest of the day will be great as well!
When did you realized that your brain fog was gone.
How much time it takes to do away with this filthy brain fog?

any tips when every hot women is trigger and gives urge to fap?? Because I want to be like normal.. and watch T.V shows and movies even family shows with no sexual scenes whatsoever .. But due to me getting triggered even with actress glimpa I cant watch anything... and it makes me wierd in front of my friends.... I want to watch shows movies normally ( not talking about sexual movies or scenes... just normal shows)

You shouldn't focus on how much does it need to reach a benefit.
Just stick with the retention, build new healthy habits every day and work on yourself.
Benefits will surely come.
If you pass every hour on your smartphone, never go out and don't even read, your brain fog will decrease reeeeally slow.

That's normal. It's all a matter of libido in your body.
When you have an erection, do pushups till you faint without forces.
But an erection is a positive thing.
You are storing helpful sexual energy that you can transmute in productive things!

Start working out, stop taking coffee. You will feel more relaxed and less horny.
Anyway, after 100 days (the streak displayed under your post), sexual thoughts are still in your mind.
More days have to pass, you will overcome this one day. Just don't give up.

Tell me about this feeling of weirdness.
Do you always have your friends near you when you watch a movie?
Do you tell them you feel horny about an actress?
Anyway, it's a rebooting process. You should probably momentously quit every arousing tv show you see, in order to let your brain reboot properly.

But what about your streak? Is it really 103 days?
I need to know in order to give you proper advice.
