    Hello all,

Today I am sharing my nofap/no porn/semen retention/whatever you want to call it success story.

First of all, I have to tell you: it was a process that took years, 'streaks' getting longer and longer and now I've reached the point that I feel 100% healthy in this regard.

The 'rush' that I used to feel when searching the internet for porn, is COMPLETELY gone. There is no more excitement, it just feels weird and creepy to me. Of course I can get a nice feeling inside when looking at a pretty girl or woman, but I just look the other way and there's no big deal. (Unless I see an opportunity to talk, then I'd try to talk...!)

And I know there's nothing wrong with my libido, because I still wake up with a boner every morning and become aroused with boner when flirting. I feel alive, healthy and blessed. That does not mean that I feel euphoric and energetic every day, because I don't. People have all sorts of emotions and nobody should expect to enter a permanent state of euphoria when not fapping. That's a lie. All emotions are part of life, also the bad ones, and it's better to accept them than to try to get rid of them.

I am happy with the people in my life, I'm happy with my work, I'm happy with my finances, I'm happy with my looks, my body and my lifestyle. I am a complete person, I have no more problems in my life. The only 'problem' that I have is that my life is so complete and finished, that I feel like it's getting too easy and it makes me lazy. But then again I have 0% stress and worry in my life.

I feel like if I died right now, if my heart suddenly stopped beating, I'd be fine with it because everything feels so right and in place. My life is completed.

I have been feeling like this now for a while. Couple of months. I am quite sure I wouldn't feel like this if I fapped regularly. So let me tell you this people: stop fapping.

  2. How long did it really take would u say to reach this point??

    Interesting question.

19 years old: fap every day
20 years old: fap every 2-3 days
21 years old: fap binge about once a week (a binge has 2-3 ejaculations)
22 years old: fap binge about once every two weeks (a binge has 2-3 ejaculations)
23 years old: fap binge about once every three weeks (a binge has 2-3 ejaculations)
24 years old: fap binge about once a month (a binge has 1-2 ejaculations)
25 years old: fap about once a month (much less edging)

The amount of time spent edging per orgasm gradually reduced over the years as well.

I am almost 26 now. And I haven't fapped for 6 weeks at the time of writing. I started to take this thing serious at age 20. So I'd say it took me about 5 years to gradually reduce fapping to the point of feeling completely cured.

Firstly, congratulations on your achievement and salute to your persistence.
Secondly, it appears to me that u don't have a burning desire nor a magnificent obsession.
In other words you lack something called life's mission.
If u want one , ask for one.

I understand what you mean. It is true that I'm currently not very passionate about my daily life.

    Ask who though?

    Ask god , ask yourself.

Bro! What a feeling it must be! I can only dream of being so content with my life. Congratulations!
Wow over the years, you have managed to gradually decrease the frequency of binging. Thats awesome, man! I haven't heard anything similar to your progress over the years, Goodjob!

Thanks for the encouraging message! It made me smile. How is it going with your progress? I see from your recent activity that you had a 52 day streak recently. That's pretty sick and not something most people can pull off.
