My Third Run... Question for Successful Fapstronauts

I have relapsed for the third time and it's quite demoralizing when you realize the immediate consequences of the Chaser effect (at least for me):

- Decrease in concentration levels
- Numbness to daily life
- Short-term memory loss
- Overall low energy levels

My question to fellow Fapstronauts who have been able to overcome their relapses. How many times did you fail before you were able to hit your timelines and reach your goals?
