    I've only just begun my journey but i'm amazed at my free time or should I say MY time. You see as opposed to giving into my urges I've chosen to use mindfullness and concentration to turn my attention to other things. I really feel like I have control of my life for the first time in ages. The past several months have been a reboot for my life.

    Yes! That's awesome! It really is worth it. Life is not meant to be fapped away Let's get what we want out of life. It's so short.
