1) You Must Give Up Prone Masturbation Immediately and Forever

2) Follow the Basic Plan on the Healthy Strokes Website.
  • Abstain from Masturbation (and all sexual activity) for 7 Days
  • After Attempt Masturbation by Hand (can take up to 2 hours)
  • Masturbate by Hand for 30 Days before attempting sex with partner
Tips for Tip 2
- Use Lube
- Unfortunately, i have to recommend high-arousal content (i.e. porn) to help sustain your erection in the early stages. At times you will have ED, just wait 2 hours and try again, DO NOT REVERT BACK TO PRONE! I did this many times...
- Make sure you abstain for 7 days, this will provide you with the increased sensitivity to achieve orgasm. Follow this plan, Orgasm 40 Mins+ Abstain 5 Days, Orgasm 20-39 Mins Abstain 3 Days, Orgasm 10-19 Mins Abstain 2 Days. Then After go Daily.
- I do not recommend using the Super Head Honcho sex toy to tackle this Problem!
- When you see pre-cum, grip as hard as you can and go as fast as you can to orgasm (this is acceptable in the early stages of the recovery process).

3) Follow the Anti-Death Grip Plan, to Adapt to a Lighter Grip (Strongly Advised to Purchase a Flesh Light if you can)
  • Abstain from Masturbation (and all sexual activity) for 7 Days (Week 1)
  • Masturbate Once Max (week) , gradually loosening grip/decreasing speed (Week 2) - Use Hand or Fleshlight
  • Masturbate Twice Max (week), gradually loosening grip/decreasing speed (Week 3) - - Use Hand or Fleshlight
  • Masturbate Twice Max (week), gradually loosening grip/decreasing speed (Week 4) - - Use Hand or Fleshlight
If you opt for the Flesh-light, aim to thrust into it at week 3 and 4 which will kind of emulate the sexual experience and of course it is a great prone alternative. The best way to thrust into it is to put it between your mattress and bed! Yes i know its pretty sad & weird but its a great way to regain sensitivity. Extra Tips/Learnings
- In the early stages, don't worry about the time! However, severe prone masturbators should expect to average 40 minutes by week 4 and Less severe 20 minutes

I started masturbating this way when I was a kid and that went on for quite a few years into my teens. I eventually stopped that but I started masturbating through the fabric of my underwear (similar feeling, but with more control). My problem was that and death grip. Very recently I started having desensitization issues, and within the past week I noticed I had a hard time staying hard. Last time I tried I could only get semi-erect. That was a huge cause of concern for me.

So, with desensitization, and death grip, do you think this approach is advisable? And do you think I can get better from this, and that things can go back to normal for me?
I'd imagine the drawbacks of prone are similar to what I was doing.

Yes, I can now. I originally couldn't because my grip was too hard and my mind was fucked because of past experiences. My tips would be work on a ultra light grip. So try it out and if you don't cum within 15, then stop and wait a few hours, then try it again. Eventually, you will Cum and retrain yourself. you may get blue balls but fuck it loool.. Also to tackle your negative mindset, work on meditation, work on tackling your negative beliefs and get rid of that devil-shit porn. 90 days NoFap with these practices is the easiest solution to your problem.
 
@Sal Paradise Yes that was my main problem! along with DE. I must have flopped with about 8 girls which was very frustrating and really destroyed my confidence with women.

I believe I will be able to get off the sildenafil soon but that might be a few months away.

congratulations bro! yes sildenafil can be useful when your in the early stages of recovery and is also very useful in dealing with the mental obstacles that you may of had (i.e. mental trauma from ed experiences). Please don't be tempted to up the dose though, just slowly get off it when your more confident

Hi again, ill try to be a bit more clearer bro,

Q1) The Abstinence plan is all based on how long it takes you to ejaculate. If you take 40 minutes+ to ejaculate you must stop masturbating for 5 days and then try again. If it takes you 20-39 minutes to ejaculate you must stop masturbating for 3 days and then try again. If it takes you 10-19 minutes to ejaculate you must stop masturbating for 2 days and then try again. The whole point of this plan is to get used to this new masturbation and get down to a quicker time like 5-10 minutes.

An example - if you take about 18 minutes to ejaculate at the moment, according to the plan you will need to stop masturbating for 2 days and then try again. If you go 18 minutes again, then its 2 days again. If after you do 9 minutes, you are ready to go daily for 30 days (hope that helped).

Q2) In the early stages, many prone masturbators require a tight grip to ejaculate using the conventional method (i.e. by hand). However, it is important to not keep doing this because otherwise you will develop the death grip. You need to get used to a lighter grip, if your going to be successful during sex (this is because the vagina cannot replicate the stimulation of the tight grip).

So you were asking about the ''30 seconds before, 1 minute before, 2 minutes before'', forget that for a second.

When you feel you are very close to cumming, don't stroke faster or harder. Stroke very slow and use the lightest grip possible. That is what i mean by 30 seconds before ejaculation, because you are close to cumming.

In the next session, when you feel you are close (not very close) to cumming, do the same (that is what i mean by a minute)

then in the next session, when the pre cum starts coming out, switch to slower strokes and light grip.

The whole point is to slowly switch to a 100% light grip

Example of the Plan with Percentages

Session 1 - When you are feeling 90% close to orgasm, switch to slow strokes and the lightest grip possible
Session 2 - When you are feeling 80% close to orgasm, switch to slow strokes and the lightest grip possible
Session 3 - When you are feeling 70% close to orgasm, switch to slow strokes and the lightest grip possible
Session 4 - When you are feeling 50% close to orgasm, switch to slow strokes and the lightest grip possible
..... till its 100% light grip

So gradually, we are getting it down to the point where your masturbation habit is healthier and you are now ready for sex with a partner. You may still find it difficult, but you should get there after a few attempts.

Yes you can do it after the 30 days, but the death grip plan isn't always needed. When you start masturbating daily (for 30 days), just make sure your loosening your grip slowly. You may not need to do the death grip plan, but if you find you still need extreme force to ejaculate, then do the death grip plan.
 
I have forgotten to mention another detail : I erect only by my rubbing my penis against the maitress while wearing an old short(I am not speaking about ejaculation but about erection), It is highly unlikely for me to erect just by watching or thinking about something I had to mix the thoughts with physical contact. 1) Yes, i personally believe you should use lube. If you are uncircumcised however, I don't believe it is as important (because the foreskin naturally glides, but i still recommend it). If you are circumcised, then Lube should definitely be used. Yes by hand only! if you can't do it, take a break, don't go back to prone!!

2) The first try can take up to 2 hours! so you need to be patient and be without distraction. So for the first few times, go 1-2 hours max, then take a break if you cannot. Eventually you will orgasm by hand, as long as you don't relapse to prone. Make sure you go 7 days without to regain enough sensitivity!

3) I had a similar problem with my erections. I would masturbate into the pillow to give myself an erection. Then, i would put the porn on and PMO. This is why you must wait 7 days, because you will be horny and more sensitive than if you did it after 1-2 days.
Unfortunately, I do recommend watching porn and use a porn star your really like, so that you can maintain the erection. I also found that lube helped me with erections in the early stages (compared to no lube). You will also find that you may lose your erections quite easily (because you are used to a higher pressure). If this happens, take a break. Do not try to masturbate with half an erection/or flaccid, it won't help with the problem.
