The Change was really tough and a few times my penis was swallen and/or it last too long so i didn’t come.
So I have bought me a masturbator, so i only masturbate by hand the first 11 times and since then only with a masturbator.


So like I said before the progress was not so good as I hoped. After now a little bit more than 6 Months without doing prone masturbating, I still not get a really hard Erection. And most of the time during the masturbating, when i make a short break(under 1 minute) i still lose very quickly the erection.

So of course I’am little bit frustrated how long that it would need till it’s get really better.

premature ejaculation can alot of the time be a mental thing..maybe try not to be so tense, try reverse kegals (the thing you do to make your pee stream quicker) try breathing techniques during sex and look into karezza.. regular kegals has the opposite effect for me when I'm on the edge, it makes me come quicker.. overall try slower sex until you kno you can handle a quicker pace

Just an update on the above (yes, 14 months later!!)

So, having tried 60 days no prone and not feeling anything, thus resorting back to prone, I decided I needed to quit for good. So, I just went 100+ days (I've lost track, I believe it was 114) no masturbation, difficult indeed but achievable!

Anyway, I had tried a couple times to do hand masturbation over the last couple weeks, and although it felt slightly better, I just couldn't get close to orgasm. So what I did was, try to position my body like I would if I prone (on my stomach/chest) which I know is still 'prone', but the differences between now and before were:

1) I wasn't thrusting and moving my body, I was just fapping with hands only. No other movement!
2) My stomach/chest were pressed up against my chair, previously the base of my penis was pressed against it and that would be thrusted against something, but not this time.

I ended up ejaculating after some time and I have to say, the sensations were amazing! It felt different, which I can only think is a good thing, the buildup was nicer and I could feel the orgasm coming from much earlier, which again, I think is good. I think what helped is I was in the same, 'position' I would have been before so maybe my mind relaxed and I got past a mental bloc... Thanks for coming back, fortunately it was a mental thing for me to get over as now, I am fapping 'conventionally' by sitting down and using my hand. Thank you for your help with this, your tips definitely did help me and I got there in the end after spending time trying!

For anyone else who is viewing this and having troubles, believe me, I think it's fair to say if I can do it based on my circumstances, it can be done. I have been masturbating prone for 15+ years, circumcised (harder to learn the proper way) and I did it. 100+ days of no fapping, and not giving in when I couldn't do it first time. since my last message my erections have improved a lot. i'd say they are normal or almost normal now thanks to your tips.
It has been almost two years since i quit prone. after my last message I did go Nofap for 5 times or so, many of them were for 30 days or longer and i have to say that it was probably the main reason for the noticeable improvement. other than that i've almost completely stopped watching porn videos or pornographic material. nowadays only once or twice a month tops. but most of the masturbation i do is using sexy pictures like for example models wearing a bikini.
