My twisted behavior: getting my porn fix the alternate way!

    My brain yearns for porn but I don't allow it anymore. But instead I go sit outside for a ice cream in the city, but my real intention is lurking at women's legs and body under there skirts or dress and fantasize about it.
    Sometimes I even secretly take pictures from behind them with my phone to watch it at my home to silence my hunger for porn. But at least there not totally naked!
    Sometimes I just drool when a pretty woman walks past me. I might just get my ass kicked one of these days...

    I just wish I had the courage to just trying to talk to one of them and perhaps even get a date if there single.

    I would think eventually you will get past this as well. When you are going out try to be engaged with people. Maybe some activity or class. Be with friends or family.

    Ease up pal. That's not a line of action you want to go down. You'll be labelled a stalker if someone catches you and not to mention, it's just plain sad.

    Imo, i'd rather you watch porn than do this, if you absolutely, totally 100% have to without a shadow of a doubt or alternative. Ethically, and socially- that is the lesser of the two evils.

    Nofap is the only real solution to tjat anxiety. Keep your camera in your pocket and your mouth shut and you'll avoid a beatdown one day.

    If you are taking these pictures and looking at them to get that sexual rush and dopamine release you may as well be watching porn, in fact i would say this is an escalation to porn and a dangerous one at that. You don't want it to escalate any further than it already has so quit while you can.

    I'm deleting it the evening I took them, as the rush and the dopamine release fades away much faster then real porn on the internet.

    That is some bs advice if you ask me. No, you shouldn't be being a creep out on the streets, but to say that you should give into porn if you have no other option is only going to make things worse.

    Be a fucking man. Admit you made a mistake, and retain your semen. Meditate. Read. Anything but pmo.

    I say this as someone who just lost his job asking a co-worker for undie pics. There is a lot of shit that I've been going through these last couple weeks. But you know what? Despite asking for the pics, and losing my job, I retained my sperm.

    You know what it got me? 2 new jobs.

    The only way you're going to progress is if you ditch the porn.

    I wish you well in your recovery. I know it's hard, but you gotta pull through this rough stretch. I promise it's worth it in the end.
