  1. Going Vegan: Where to Start?

    Going vegan is not a jump many people can outright make. Took me 10 years of being a vegetarian before I was ready to make the switch.

    The article above says green drinks are a great first step towards transitioning to a 100% plant-based diet, if that is something that appeals to you.

    My favorite green drink is something I like to call 'swamp water'. Simply spoonfuls of spirulina mixed with water and shaken in a jar. So simple, and there is nothing more nutritious on the planet. I swear by it every morning.
