    1. Using a mantra. A mantra could be any sentence. Repeat it as often as you want.
For example when you feel the urge hit start talking out loud, or when you are not alone, in your mind: 'I am strong' or 'I will prevail', 'I will win''I will change'. It could basically be anything. It works by concentrating your focus at the mantra and away from the urges. Be sure to NOT use negatives as the subconcious mind filters them and that could harm you. Meaning ' I do not watch P' --> 'I do watch P' for your subconcious mind. The subconcious mind only understand positives,no matter what.

    2. Imagine there is a fat kid with a big pie in front of him. And now imagine, when you give in to your urges, that fat kid with pie-craving becomes you. Do you want to be that fat kid?

    3. think about the consequences while horny. It may seem like nothing much, just one little peek, one touch. If you give in one time, you will give in again. If you don't start today, you won't start tomorrow either. I believe that this is true.
Think about the consequences. You will fall from grace by giving in. You may never get married never have a family, lose your job, lose your family, become sick from P, get mentally ill from P, you even may end up as a rapist and go to jail if you continue, who knows.
Sure P feels good. But is it worth suffering the rest of your life? Is it worth it gaining chronical depression in return? Being a slave to your urges?
When you get the urges, slow the time. When you can't control the urges, when you feel you are losing control, don't lie to yourself, don't bullshit yourself.
Try acting in slow motion. Open the computer in slowmotion, unzip your pants in slowmotion. That will give you time for THINKING. thinking about the consequences. Think about what happens after fapping. Think about how you will feel after fapping. Think a lot.

I've heard about our subconscious not understanding negatives but never paid much attention to it, however I'm pretty sure there's a better way than telling yourself "no". I for one, suffer from HOCD (doing mental compulsions to assure myself of my sexuality) and more often than not I'd say to myself "No I'm not X, no I could never do Y" but by doing this I was fueling my OCD and making it worse. I suppose the key to overcoming any urges is to accept you have them but focus your thoughts and energy on something else. To me, the more I accept the existence of an urge the less overwhelmed I feel by it, it becomes non-sensical in a way, I eventually snap out of it and go do something more productive.

Instead of saying´, for example 'I am not homosexual' you could just do the opposite and say 'I am heterosexual'.

Definitely will be following your advice on this thread, fighting both PMO and HOCD at the same time is no easy task, currently on my 7th day of reboot.

I believe your PMO will fade with HOCD and vice versa ;)

  9. Maybe I relapsed not only because I had a panic attack by getting aroused but due to the girls from that 90s/2000s band A*teens. I was watching music videos and I saw some of theirs with skinny tank tops. Is it possible to relapse subconsciously, i.e. I don't wank directly after watching the video, but a day after without consciusly thinking about it? Now when I watched the same music video today I feel asexual due to jerking off. I really hate what wanking does to my sexual drive, but I know that it's best to avoid looking at beautiful females in the beginning. I was just too glad that I look at females in a sexual way again like I did as a kid before fapping. Being asexual is terrible.

Your natural sex-drive will very likely come back after successfully rebooting, don't worry, concentrate on what is in front of you ;)
