N0 friends and porn

u could try some hobby or follow an interest, idk music, activity type thing drawing, something to think on, i feel as though when u got nothing to do and are just in the house u could feel bad and fall into urges and stuff, if any of that helps

 

I'm in similar situation as you.
I have friends, but those "close" childhood friends I rarely saw the last couple of years because I was busy with my family and most of them as well.
Meanwhile I made many new friends, but those are not close friends, just friends I do sports with or talk about hobbies.
I blame myself for this because I don't let most people get too close to me I have to sort my messy life first before asking new friends
to hang out with me on a regular basis and also to be able to help other people. But how can I help people when my own life is falling apart?

anyway, first thing you should do is to identify what scenarios triggers your porn addiction and to get rid of those situations as much as possible.
Try new hobbies so you will be outdoors as much as possible or busy. Things like:
- road cycling
- running
- walking with the dog
- working on your car/bike
- sight seeing
- geocaching
- learn a new language
- learn no play an instrument
- go to the movies
- visit museums
- go do volunteer work in your area
- etc.

 

When was the last time you did something you've never done before?
You can get involved in an activity or begin a project with your wife.
