Nature appreciation after 9 days

The past couple of days I've really been noticing the beauty of nature. Today, I just stared at the skyline as the sun went down. It was so beautiful. I'm coming off of about two years of depression, during which I M'd quite a bit. I enjoyed very little during those depressed months, including the beautiful place where I live.

Anybody else find nature more beautiful while retaining? I'm pretty sure I've heard this is a thing, but I wonder if anyone has any similar experiences or thoughts.
