    Messed up a couple tendons in my neck and have been on the shelf for a few weeks, and I ended up at the unhealthy side of PMO again. Time for a fast. So, here I am. Currently on day 10. Found this a few days in, read around a bit, seems like a good resource.

    I really appreciate that you guys can look yourselves in the mirror and find areas of improvement. It's all too common in this day and age to blame our problems on some external source rather than ourselves.

    Pleased to meet y'all, hope I can prove to be of some value to the community.
