Hi guys, my name is Christian. I am all about self improvement. I work my ass off to get better everyday. I just spent the last year living in Peru in isolation in the jungle loving off just rice, potatoes and chicken. I managed to go 3 months NoFap while there, and didn't use porn at all the entire time, was a bit hard not to as there was no internet! I am integrating back into society and now live in Colorado. I wake up every morning at 430 and run in almost 0 degrees at 10,000 feet then do yoga, then meditate and then go to work and do a workout at the end of the day...

I beat my ass up to be better, BUT I am being drawn into watching porn again. I watched it today and It actuayac feels like every bit of hard work I have done means nothing. I feel weak and worthless for not being able to control myself after all I've been through. I know this will pass in time but going it alone with so much temptation around in America is getting to much and I'm not going to rip myself apart trying to be Superman... I want in on what this site is... I take full responsibility for what I did and want to regain my self integrity with all of your help and I will do the same for you my brothers. I know I am not alone in this and neither are you.
 
Hello, nice to see you there! Your story about Peru and such determination to wake up and run impresses me. Nevertheless, you need more than determination to reboot - you should rethink your addiction and attitude to a porn. You can't force yourself not to watch this for whole life - you need to understand that you don't want and don't need it anymore.

Btw. what was the most important result of your year in Peru jungle?
 
Maturity. Being able to realise and be honest with myself quickly bot not taking days or Weekes to admit a problem but hours... If I mess up I'm on it right away, that being said if I keep messing up i am more intense about it, as If there are literally two Mes the adult mature man and the child, and the man constantly having to put the child in check. It fascinated me so much I want to go back to school and study male psychology.

Also, keep working on it, man! I'd be lucky to be able to do what you did (living those times in Peru) and working out and yoga in Colorado!!! Godspeed!
