Need advice with Blue balls (pain after making out).. kinda urgent

    Hey guys.
    I'm 23 and It's been like 3 months since i last watched porn.
    Most of you know, blue balls is the testicular congestion of blood when the penis is erected for prolonged hours.

    So Last night i was making out with my girl. We din sleep the entire night, and made out at regular intervals. Well, she loved me rubbing my thing against her while making out. She wanted to have intercourse as well but as much as I'd love to do it,for some reason i CAN'T.! So we went on doing the intense make out,and later again she asked me if i want to go for it. This time again i had to tell her we couldn't.

    So after like 3-4 hours, i had this pain around my balls, going up till the bottom of my stomach.
    I've already taken up the 90 day challenge of No PMOing.

    Now, my real question is.. would hours of making out without ejaculation cause me any penis related problem in future? (Like ED or premature ejaculation or anything?)

    Should i simply give myself away with masturbation to avoid blue balls?

    Congrats on making out all night. You rock. You do not say why you CAN'T have intercourse with the girl. You may want to share that info.

    As far as blue balls and the pain, there are already lots of threads about blue balls here on nofap, so I suggest you search and read all the megabytes already shared.

    There is everything from ice to testicular massage to pain relievers to just grin and bear it. The pain will go away with time, all depends on how much time you got to endure the pain. Each of us is different.

    As far as masturbating to just ejaculate and be done with the situation, that is your choice. Remember, this site is what you want to make it. You decide how hard core you are going to be, how hard core you need to be to heal and recover from your addiction, from your undesirable habits.

    For me, this site is about going from unhealthy sex to healthy sex. To me, healthy sex is mainly with the wife, but occasionally, very occasionally, it is all by myself. But is does not involve fantasy and it no longer involves another anonymous person.

    response to blue balls

    I believe blue balls is caused by restriction of the Vas Deferens. This is the little tube that connects the testes to where semen Is produced somewhere inside the tummy area. ( not sure ...seminal vesicles?)
    Vas Deferens is a muscle as well as a pathway. It gets super tight and uncomfortable when you're hard for a long time. Last time I had this condition I had a knowledgeable professional massage therapist work out the tension.
    You may be able to massage it yourself. It's located right in the crease between your upper inner thigh and your groin.
