Hi all, I'm 25. Never been in a relationship, neither looking for one. Been able to abstain for 30+ days now. PMO addict for almost 10 years. Started rebooting since June this year. Relapsed a couple of times, but persisted since August! My resolve is to firstly; abstain till new year and then for life. My plan is to set mini goals throughout my journey so that the impetus of these small achievements can keep me inspired to keep moving forward. Are there good resources i can read, or videos i can watch to understand the mechanics of a celibate life? Also, how is everyone else approaching this way of life? I'm curious to know.
