Hi! I am 19 and I graduated back in may! Nofap has been a struggle for me ever since 9th grade. The longest I have ever went was 30 day's. my streak usually last's 2 weeks on average. I start collage in January and I really wanna be clean off of porn by then so are there any tips on this journey? I want my social anxiety to not be a problem anymore by then. I finally wanna have the courage to make new friends easily and I think nofap will help a little bit. But also to note, I have 2 porn filters on my phone and I put my ps4 in my parents room to be safe. so the only way I could view porn would be on the computer that I am on downstairs right now. To when this war u need to do something.

Get out of ur comfort zone . Its gonna take a while, but before u know it . U will realize that u have a lot of things in your schedule and u just don't have time to think about it .

U need to learn self control because u will get to a point where u are by urself and horny .
