    I'm completely new here.

I'll say a bit about myself that might help you help me, or at least create understanding of my situation.

I'm Australian, I'm a 15 year old who does relatively well at school, I'm not shy or a loser or anything but I spend a significant amount of time online. I watch a considerable amount of porn (and have done since age 11), and I am finding (especially lately) that I am drawn to bad types of porn*1. I don't watch heaps, but I'd say about 3 hours a week (1-3 times a day), which is still too much for someone my age.

Anyhow I've recently also entered a stage of my life where I have become sexually active with not just my hand. After going to third and fourth base with 2 different girls I have been unpleasantly surprised at how anti-climatic (no pun intended) my experiences have been. One of the girls also suggested that I watched a lot of porn (due to long time before orgasm), which was what really triggered me to try and act on the situation.

I don't think that stopping masturbation or sex altogether is the right method for me*2, however I need help and advice on how to reduce how much I fap, and also stopping watching porn completely as it violates what I believe in*3. I also seem to suffer for post-coital tristesse. Any advice greatly appreciated! Please read footnotes.

    Footnotes:

*1. By this I mean stuff like hardcore, raping etc.

*2. I believe masturbation and sex are vital to health. I get a lot of you here might disagree, but I would urge you do take a look at to references I will provide below.

*3. I think that porn is highly sexist and makes for bad people who are terrible towards women, especially in sex.

I'm going to sound really old saying this but if I were your parent I would say 15 is too young to be having sex with anyone. You just aren't mature enough yet.

If you're serious about quitting porn then you will have to be prepared to feel extremely uncomfortable. I'm not saying you have to quit masturbation forever at your age but you should at least try to avoid it for 90 days to reset your brain.

It's to allow you to get past the withdrawal symptoms of the chemicals that are released in your brain when you masturbate to porn.
