    Hello guys I need help I have just woken up in a semi-conscious state like sleepwalking right at midnight and I started to masturbate but I stop but then I lose all sense like I was in a zombie mode and as I ejaculated then I came to my sense and I realized what I just did I am really worried that I have relapsed and I am really angry and upset so have I relapsed? I am quite confused as what has just happened to me

    Yes, consider it as relapse. The bad effect of porn and mastarbation has significantly become an inherent part of your life. In my case, I woke in the morning with my hand on my shaft caressing (unconsciously).
    All you need is to keep reminding your brain about the commitment to nofap.

    The things is when I am fully conscious I can easily say no to the urge but this time I did not because I was between awake and asleep so I was really vulnerable because I was not aware think of it like sleepwalking you do things while in an asleep and awake state so to me personally, I would not count it as a relapsed because I seriously could not control my body it was only when I ejaculated that I click into full awareness and obviously not happy with myself
