Need Help Guys!!!!!

    After 25 days of semen retention and no pmo i gave in and i cant get back on track....
    Every 6 days i pmo like crazy... also i am feeling very bored and frustrated....Any advice would be helpfull!!!

    Reaching 25 days is great. I was also many times in that cycle relapse-streak. You can make a list of your triggers and circumstances under which you relapsed. Maybe you'll see a pattern there and you can focus in find ways to avoid falling in those specific conditions.

    For example, I used to relapse a lot before going to bed searching for explicit content in my phone. And then I decided not to use electronic devices two hours before I go sleeping from that day. I hope it was helpful.

    I’ve been relasping every time when I be looking at porn and also paying girls I met on social medias to do facetime sex and since it’s a new year, I will try again this year by not doing PMO and also not going explicitly for facetime sex and porn sites that causes to fapping. I use screen time on my iPhone to block adult sites that will stop me from masturbation.

    Have you / are you looking to try anything different this year to change the habits? Blockers? Accountability partner? If so, happy to chat via DM. Both of these are very important tools, as is regular reading on the risks of prolonged PMO, and rewards for escaping it

    Approach the problem in a complete way, don't focus on just fighting PMO without any help. This means to implement a set of changes to improve yourself: exercise / get stronger, better food, better sleep quality, less or no social networks, playing an instrument, learning new stuff, good readings, getting better at socializing... you name it. The more aspects you implement, the more resources to fight against addiction you will have. The addiction itself goes against these things, so it's a good idea to potentiate them.

  6. Change your life style bro. Don't sit at home, go for something, learn something new, make new friends, listen to some music, like that change the prioritues in life. Seek some adventure. There are lot of things out there, stop sitting at home and cry,

    Maintaining a streak is like not getting covid, there are waves, and when they come you need to be extra careful. I felt incredible urges from day 20 to 25, so much that I had to grab my penis cause I felt it was going to explode. Still the last two days have been so calm, it’s really funny lol.
