    Hi,

    I'm in the 11th day of NoFap.
    I did not think of porn in these days
    but memories of sex with my wife and the conversations we had pop's up and i feel like have sex with her.
    need to know one thing is sex during NoFap means reset?
    please advice on this.

    Depends on what it is you're abstaining from. If your goal is to abstain from PMO, then it would be a relapse. If you're abstaining only from P then it's not technically a relapse, but the chaser effect will likely make things way harder for you than they need to be.

    Thank you for your reply.
    I have completely avoided p & m.
    I couldn't stop my desire for sex with my wife. All I need is to get rid of p and m. I read some article that retaining semen is the main moto of nofap but having physical contact would reset things is what mentioned there.
    Hence decided to stay away from my wife for the rest of the days.
