I discovered your reason for quitting needs to be something greater than yourself. For me my relationship with Jesus is greatly effected when living in sin and PMO, and from a personal perspective I want to be sexually functional so I may have kids and please my future wife.

If you want help yourself, cutting off all means that could possibly trigger your urge to cool down your brain from desire. Instead of focusing much on women, you can start looking for something more worthy to do, and helping other people with Porn addiction in NoFap, it will remind yourself of the curse of porn, and certainly you live will be more meaningful and bright when you see others is saved by you.

If the situation somehow gets severe (like feeling strong urge), religion might be a way out. With blessing, you are not alone. (I read buddhism, feeling much relieved after reading it.)
