Need help to stop edging

    Hi guys. So Im comitted to never masturbating again, but I have trouble with edging. I was supposed to do a 14 day no edging challenge but failed on the 4th day. I am going to make a smaller goal of no edging for 7 days for now, but I could use some tips.

    Also, does anyone know if edging causes the same detrimental phsyiological effects as full on masturbation? Like, if I edge, will my prolactin spike?

    Edging is a real problem! It’s worse than MO. Its easy to delude your self that it’s ok to go down that route!

    You are doing PME… pretty much the same thing as PMO.

    To beat this you need to quit it all... no porn, no masturbation (incl edging) and no orgasm.
