Hi guys. So Im comitted to never masturbating again, but I have trouble with edging. I was supposed to do a 14 day no edging challenge but failed on the 4th day. I am going to make a smaller goal of no edging for 7 days for now, but I could use some tips. Also, does anyone know if edging causes the same detrimental phsyiological effects as full on masturbation? Like, if I edge, will my prolactin spike?
