Whenever I come a cross a sexual image on TV and on the internet, my brain keeps telling me it's a relapse and that it's my fault even though I was not searching for that type of stuff....does anybody have any types on how to deal and get rid of those compulsive thoughts? They've been plaguing me the whole day

I have OCD thoughts as well and the best advise is to ignore them. Simply that, ignore them, it's not you who generated them, so who cares.

Btw, wanna know what generates the OCD thoughts? I found what is behind the insurgance of them.
Basically in the brain, there is you and there is your libido side of the brain. The side who is you is the one that thinks rational and wants to do the things you want to do, then there is the libido side of the brain whic is part of you but kinda elaborates as an anti-you to not make you overthink things and it's also responsible for the attraction you have towards a specific gender. When that side is fucked up by porn, it generates sexual related OCD thoughts or it can generate OCD thoughts also due to psychological disorders in it.
When you think about weird things without your intention, that right there, is the libido side kicking in. Those thoughts are basically not you, they are generated by the libido side of your brain.
You see, the goal of the brain is to procreate and when you have your dopamine receptors fucked up, your brain will start to transform everything sexual, a female newsreporter normally dressed on the news could make you horny, that side is responsible to get you attracted to a person. If that side is modified, it can lead a heterosexual to have attraction to men and if that person escalates into fucked up things, then that person is fucked up.
But you see? The libido is all recoverable, by staying away from porn, the receptors will turn back to how they were when you were porn-free and will reset your natural attraction to women if you are hetero.
So, don't overthink it, it's the brain giving you fucked up thoughts. I've had a lot of fucked up thoughts, the mind can be crazy, I can't even type down some thoughts I've had, out of nowhere, the brain generated them for absolute no reason. PMO + masturbation can turn the brain to produce unimaginable and annoying thoughts, so stay away from both of them.

So you're saying that the constant worry about if it's a relapse, every time a sexual image appears on TV or on the internet is generated by the OCD itself?

Bingo dude. You got it. The worry itself is generated by the libido side of the brain. As I said that side also elaborates as an anti-you to not make you overthink things but when it's damaged it will interfere in simple daily activities and when you think you are right, that side can make you question things leading to anxiety, depression, existential crisis and OCD thoughts.
A sign to recognize when things are appearing weird is when you should not be thinking about anything but you do. Ask yourself these questions: why would you want to be worried and not relaxed, why would you want to overthink and not be relaxed. Exactly! That's simply not you, it's the libido side of the brain kicking in, interfering with your daily life. So, simply ignore those thoughts and live your life at peace :).
