    I had good 10 days of no porn and masterbation and then had sex with my wife. Post that i had insane urge to watch porn again and i relapsed. I back to sex chats wanking and porn. Just unable to control this urge again....i know the ill effects porn had on me but still feeling helpless.

    I wana do hard reboot for 90 days stand a better chance....need help guys...i need to control this urge other wise it will destroy me again
