Hello, first of all thank you for reading this. Actually I'm suffering from this shit for one year and I'm struggling to quit for 6 months still I could manage to go to 2-3 days. Yesterday I relapsed two times first in the morning and second time in the afternoon. Is it binging?? I need your help I was not feeling well.

So 2 in the morning plus 1 in the afternoon.. That makes 3 times.. Now imo if you proceed to do this the next day meaning fap 2 or more times in one day.. Your definitely binging.. Now if you were to fap 3 times one day, then sit, breath and digest, identify your trigger, fix it.. Then the following day you don't fap then imo thats not binging.. Imo 2 days or more of 3 consecutive faps is the beginning of binging.. One day isnt.. Hope this helped..

Buddy can you provide some tips so that I can extend my streak?? :)


Sure!!!

1. Develop a solid mantra too keep you from relapsing mine is "Reward without risk is death" I repeat this to myself anytime i feel an urge and it usually goes away.

2. Carve out a daily workout routine.. 30 mins minimum.. Or it can be more depending on your physical condition..(idk your age).. And stick to that 5 to 6 times a week..

3. Realize that your urges and this addiction is apart of you and will always be apart of you until you die.. But REALIZE that YOU CONTROL IT and that IT DOESNT CONTROL YOU.
