Need Help

Hey y'all, Recently I have been trying my hardest to crack down on this addiction like never before. I've implemented blockers on my phone and computer, I give up tech after a certain time of the day, I give my phone to my sister, and yet I keep breaking. the urges are getting worse and worse everyday and it almost feels lik ethe more obstacles that I put in my way, the worse it gets. Have any of you ever experienced this and how can I overcome this?
